We Work in Your Accounting Department

The first process in getting started, is gathering all of your information and inputting into Quickbooks or other accounting software you may have. We work with you to do your books. This could include recording daily deposits and sales and reconciling cash on a weekly basis, so you know how much money you have in the bank. We don’t wait until the end of the month to complete your books. We are very involved in making sure your accounting work is consistently being processed, avoiding any time gaps or roadblocks along the way.

Control Your Expenses

This process is important in ensuring all information in the accounting software is accurate. We make sure balances are correct and adjust inventory numbers. Our accountants are detail-oriented when reviewing your accounting process, as we make sure to properly record all income and expenses of your salon and/or spa.

CFO Controller Level of Services

As the final process, we use all of the gathered information to make solid business decisions specific to your business. We do this by considering:

  • Comparisons made to industry benchmarks
  • Cash flow management
  • Projections
  • Debt consolidation

As we integrate more with your team, our process allows us to establish frequent goals together to help your business to grow. We identify where your business is and where you want to be in the future. This involves consistent hands-on experience as we meet with you on a monthly basis.
